Service Level Agreement

Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Doberman App:

  1. Monthly Uptime Guarantee: We guarantee a monthly uptime of 99.95% for Doberman App.
  2. Penalty Clause: For every 1% (or part thereof) below the guaranteed uptime, we will waive 10% of the annual bill amount, up to a maximum of 100% of the annual bill. This amount will be adjusted in the next invoice generated.
  3. Applicability: This SLA does not apply to non paying users and users on any discounted plans.
