Welcome to Doberman App (a product by Kepler Data Science PTE. LTD., Singapore). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Doberman App, a secure, privacy-preserving, and ad-free application designed for visitor management in housing societies ("App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App:

  • The Doberman App is intended for use solely for visitor management in housing societies. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Privacy and Data Protection:

  • We take your privacy seriously. The Doberman App is designed to preserve your privacy and protect your personal information.

  • The Doberman App is completely ad-free. We do not display advertisements or engage in any form of advertising within the App.

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

  • The Doberman App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • In no event shall Doberman App or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

10. Governing Law:

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
